The Twelve is a concept store on the ground floor of Fahrenheit88, Bukit Bintang, which is right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur's shopping district. This one year project was launched on 22 April 2011 by mifa. The Twelve provides a platform for local designers to showcase and sell their products. As its name suggests, The Twelve comprises of a dozen designers and brands that were selected based on their wearability and commercial viability of their collection. They provide a complete representation of fashion and lifestyle items including apparel, jewellery, shoes, bags, accessories and art pieces. |

TAS Iman by Tom Abang SaufiOne of Malaysia’s most famous designers, Dato’ Tom Abang Saufi is locally and internationally renowned for her touch of Sarawakian ethnic elements in her work. TAS Iman by Tom Abang Saufi is a diffusion line that consists of Islamic wear such as caftans and scarves that fuses traditional elements with internationally appealing modern, easy-to-wear designs. |

PU3PU3’s electric style comes from the ‘collision’ of creativity and imagination of twins Puteri Azalea and Puteri Yasmin, together with their mum Raja Noora Ashikin. Their ready-to-wear apparel containing both edgy and demure elements, from high luxe to funky fresh, will appeal to women who appreciate simple modernity with attention to design, details and quality. |

He now owns a very successful fashion empire in Malaysia with signature boutiques at One Utama, The Gardens, Subang Parade and Queensbay Mall (Penang). |

JKhanDatin Rahmahjan Sulaiman is a successful bag creator and fashion designer. Her first label RJ Couture covers a wide range of fashion terrain where she uses fine fabrics imported from Italy and Korea, the selfsame materials used by Italians and French couturiers. This self-taught designer works with her experienced team to produce couture gowns and kaftans that are cosmopolitan chic or lavishly embroidered fit for a Sultanah. JKhan is her second label after RJ Couture which offers a more accessible collection for a wider public. |

Young Designers Arena (YODA)Baizura Tazri, the founder of YODA believes that there are plenty of talented fashion designers out there who are lacking the little details into going a little further than the rest. Being part of The Twelve, YODA members are given the opportunity to showcase their collection and trade them. This allows the designers to interact with their clients and to be able to learn to market their collections better to the right consumer. |

BUMIPUTRA DESIGNERS ASSOCIATION (BDA)BDA was established in 2006 to provide training and guidance for local designers to create sustainability in the fashion industry through enhancing their design potential. Amir Luqman, Hazree Wahid and Rizman Ruzaini are the designers who are currently showcasing their collection at The Twelve under BDA. Their designs range from ready to wear casual pieces to elegant formal wear that is fit for the red carpet. |

Benson ChenBenson Chen made his first shoe when he was 17 years old and has gone on to win many awards for his quality craftsmanship and design of his hand-made women’s footwear. He is generally associated with his stylish evening wear designs incorporating metal embellishments, beaded Swarovzki, quality leather and suede. He established his company in 2010 with his first retail outlet in The Twelve. |

Sasha RowenaLaunched in November 2009, Sasha Rowena is a lifestyle label specialising in women's handbags and accessories ranging from exotic handbags and purses to sleek credit card holders and cell phone covers. Her East-meets-West designs fuse contemporary materials and flamboyant colours with traditional influences, giving it an international appeal. Her clientele is not determined by age but by attitude - daring, trend-setting women covet these limited designs. The accessories are practical, fashionable and memorable. |

Shinju PearlsShinju Pearls was established in 2006. Christina Toh, the founder and designer of the brand, creates jewellery of understated elegance in pearls with mix of semi-precious stones in gold & sterling silver. The collections are also available at Lot 10, Pavilion, Sg Wang Plaza, Great Eastern Mall Ampang, Isetan KLCC and Midvalley Gardens. |

uREKAuREKA is a platform for designers to showcase and sell their work, ranging from apparel right down to stationary and works of fine art. uREKA consist of brands such as moof, i am Lucas Blim, Gael, Marcus June, Zero Pumpkin by Pauline Teng, Minifanfan, EEching’s Handmade, Touch of Clay and Tako Evangelione. |
